What are the guidelines for tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable.
We kindly ask that all attendees, including children purchase a ticket. This event is not recommended for children under the age of 13.
Tickets must be presented at the door of each home.
Tickets purchased online must be picked up at the Hospitality House on the day of the event.
Tickets may not be picked up prior to the event.
Tickets can be purchased at the Hospitality House both days of the event. We accept both cash & credit card.
Tickets are valid both days of the event, but may only be used once at each home.

What do I do first when I come to the event?
The Holiday Home Tour begins at the Hospitality House located at the Woodmoor Community Center (The Barn), at:
1691 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, CO 80132.
The Hospitality House will be open Friday, November 21 & Saturday November 22, 2025 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
After picking up or purchasing tickets, guests will receive a tour guide showing the locations of the homes.
The Hospitality House features our Gift Shop where you can shop our festive holiday selection of gifts, home decor and handmade items.
New this year, Renew Coffee, a mobile espresso bar based in Colorado Springs, will be onsite, bringing you the full cafe setup complete with professional baristas.

How do I get to the Homes?
Each tour home’s address and QR code will be listed in the tour guide, along with a photo and a description of the home.
Holiday Home Tour signage will be prominently displayed in front of each home.
Guests may visit homes in any order and on either day.

What are the guidelines for when I am at the Homes?
Tour Homes are open Friday, November 21 & Saturday, November 22, 2025 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Shoe coverings are required and will be available at the entrance of each home.
Photography and video are NOT permitted during the tour.
Please respect homeowners’ privacy as noted on signage in the home.
Food and beverages are NOT permitted in the tour homes.
Bathrooms in the tour homes are NOT open to the public. There are public restrooms at the Hospitality House.
Parking at all tour homes will be on the street. Walking varied distances will be required.
Carpooling is encouraged!
Tour homes are not guaranteed to be handicap accessible and may have stairs as well as steps into and out of the residence.
