How do I get my tickets?

•  Carpooling recommended, as parking at homes varies.

• All ticket holders must pick up their physical ticket and tour guide either day of the event at the Hospitality House.  They are not available prior to the event.

•  The Hospitality House is located at the Woodmoor Community Center (aka The Barn)  1691 Woodmoor Dr., Monument, CO 80132.   

•  Online ticket purchase is recommended, but tickets may also be purchased at the Hospitality House both days of the event. We accept both cash & credit card.

•  All attendees, including children purchase, must purchase a ticket. This event is not recommended for children under the age 13.

What do I need to know about my tickets?

•  Tickets are valid both days of the event.  Tickets must be presented at the door of each home.

•  You may visit homes in any order, and you do not need to visit all homes in one day.  Tickets can only be used once at each home.

•  Home locations will be listed in the guidebook; we cannot publish this information in advance.

•  Tickets are non-refundable.  Should you not be able to attend, you may request a charitable donation receipt for tax purposes.

How do I get to the homes?

• All guests must begin at the Hospitality House to pick up physical ticket and a tour guide, which includes an address and QR code for each home. 

• The Hospitality House will be open Friday, November 20 & Saturday November 21 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.

• The Hospitality House features our Holiday Gift Shop where you can shop a selection of gifts, home decor and handmade items, perfect for holiday giving --- or just for!

• Enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee while you shop, and enter our Holiday Gift Basket Raffle! 

• From the Hospitality House, guests may visit the homes in any order.  A photo, description and address for each home is included in the tour guide.  Holiday Home Tour signage will be prominently displayed in front of each home.

 ‍ ‍What are the guidelines when I’m at each home?

•  Tour Homes are open Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

•  Shoe coverings are required and will be available at the entrance of each home.

•  Photography and video are NOT permitted during the tour.

•  Please respect homeowners’ privacy as noted on signage in the home.

•  Food and beverages are NOT permitted in the tour homes.

•  Bathrooms in the tour homes are NOT open to the public. There are public restrooms at the Hospitality House.

•  Parking at all tour homes will be on the street. Walking varied distances will be required.   

•  Tour homes are not guaranteed to be handicap accessible and may have stairs as well as steps into and out of the residence. Walking and street parking is required.
